Set a goal that feels way to ambitious

Dream BIG – Set and attain a goal that reminds you just how “big” you can show up and play in your salon. Whatever that “thing” is that you are putting off – make a DECISION to COMMIT to it and then take the ACTION. You are more than ready. DO IT NOW!

Segment your database

Segmenting your database and sending targeted marketing can have a significantly improve your results and have a positive effect on your bottom line. For example – This month you will be promoting Facials however you don’t want to be sending it to your current facial clients you want to send it to non facial clients and maybe lapsed clients that have had facials in the past. This strategy will allow you to target other segments of your database if necessary.

Start a rebooking draw

Rebooking is the easiest, most cost effective and the fastest way to fill your appointment calendar. In this video I give you amazing strategy that works and leaves your calendar looking full months in advance.

Practice a morning ritual

Spending 5 – 10 minutes each day mediating or doing a visualisation will give you clarity and focus and hep put your day in perspective. It can be challenging to just sit and focus on your breath, try a guided mediation or visualisation to start with. There are loads for free apps.
