This month, I thought it would be a great idea to share some of the things that I do on a regular basis to help take my life and business to the next level.
I hope you have an amazing September and don’t forget to leave a comment letting us know which tip you’d like to try! Try these top 5 tips this month to uplevel.
SET GOALS NOT WISHES
You cannot control the outcome of a wish, however, you can control the outcome of a goal.
CREATE A MANTRA
Choose one that…
You can remember easily. If you need to look up your mantra every time you want to repeat it, you likely will not carry this habit into your life. Pick one that is relatively short and can be memorized with ease.
Resonates with you. Mantras do not conform to any particular religion. You can choose one that fits your beliefs.
Makes you feel at peace. The repetition of your mantra should bring you peace and comfort. Make sure that the one you choose does just that. Test some out by repeating them silently and be present to how your body and mind react. When you find that one that takes you to a beautiful place, choose it and stick with it.
PICK YOUR FAVOURITE PRODUCT
Ask each team member to pick a product they love and ask them to set a “reasonable” target (you need to be happy with their target) for the number of units they can sell this month. Once they meet their target then they can win that product for FREE.
WIN WIN – you get to increase your retail sales, average $ and overall turnover and they get a FREE product.
TAKE A DIGITAL BREAK
Take a break from technology, no social media, no emails, in fact, no internet for a day or two. Give yourself and your family time to unplug and just “be”.
You will be amazed at what can happen and how you feel when you have more time.
START A REGULAR SALON NEWSLETTER
Newsletters are a great way to build a relationship with your clients when they are not in the salon. Newsletters are a great way to keep clients updated and informed of what’s happening in your salon. Ie product of the week, new team members, promotions, services etc.
