I love my “morning rituals” that help me get the perfect start to my day. They keep me in a positive and productive state all day. I read something inspirational, complete a 10 minute mediation/visualisation, list 5 things I am grateful for and 3 things I want to accomplish that day. Then I do some sort of movement whether it is going for a run or having a personal training session with my trainer.

DO A DAILY RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS
Doing something kind for a friend, family member or complete stranger can not only brighten up someones day however brighten up yours. Before long you will find yourself doing daily random acts of kindness without even thinking. Write a letter, help someone with bags, give up your seat on the bus or tell someone they have a nice smile.
