Building a successful salon is relatively simple and I am going to share 3 tips with you to keep it nice an simple.

It is time to kick overthinking, and being overwhelmed and no more frustration because there is not enough hours in the day.

WRITE DOWN YOUR VISION

You have to know why you are doing this. This needs to be front and center. Every day remember why you are doing this write it out pop it on your mirror in your bathroom so you read it every day.

DECIDE WHAT AREA OF YOUR BUSINESS REQUIRES THE MOST FOCUS

Is this area going deliver the most impact the biggest results?

For most salon owners it will be building your clientele, every salon needs a consistent flow of new clients if it is going to continue to grow.

So now you have your focus, how are you going to get in front of those potential new clients..

Now it is time to identify how you are going to get in front of your ideal client.

There are so many opportunities – FB ads, Boosted Posts, Referral Program, Flyer Drop, Networking, Blogging, Social Media and you do have newspaper and radio however I am not a great fan of the last two options because I believe you can get a far better return on your investment on some of the low cost or free marketing opportunities.

ADDING VALUE

Creating an offer that is too good to refuse. We all know that there is so much choice for clients today. So you really do need to stand out from the rest.
