What to expect

We will work closely over a 6 month period. You’ll get one-on-one, in person time with me (or via Skype), you’ll get weekly calls, you’ll get access to my referralsand my systems.

Your journey needs are unique to you. Together (during our first intensive), we craft a plan of action that is a perfect fit just for you. That being said, here are the themes that I work with over and over with my clients and you can expect to cover in our work together:

11 weekly 45 min skype private coaching sessions. Use these sessions to keep you on-track with the implementation of your strategic action plan, get the perspective of another experienced salon owner (me), and develop the business skills necessary to develop your salon into a thriving business.
Email laser coaching between calls - 24/7 email access to me for in between our sessions so you don't have to wait until our next coaching call to get the input you need, ou can email me any day, anytime and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Your initial Welcome Packet questionnaire will enable me to select the worksheets from my library of business resources, best suited to your business needs. Based on the desires and goals you have for your salon, I will recommend books that will help you further develop your salon after our time together.
